Is your work environment infected with the dysfunctional "I" and ME" Team Virus? "I" and "Me" are the driving forces behind dysfunctional organizational employer-employee relationships.

This book embodies the message that all human beings have a purpose and can rise above any situation or circumstance as long as they remain ethically true to themselves.

As you journey through this book, you will experience a multiplicity of real life work encounters such as, "A manager espoused her opinion that lower-paid employees should serve higher-paid employees". In this encounter, the manager also stated, "higher-salaried staff members are not paid to clean coffee pots" (Excerpt~ B.L. Brown). Halo-Orangees book is a movement with encouraging straightforwardness; Author B.L. Brown confronts real-life workplace issues occurring in organizations world-wide (negativity, drama, power struggles, backstabbing, and endless gossip). The Introduction is entitled, "Don't Allow Anyone to Confine You to a Box, Disabling Your Growth".

Halo-Orangees is a nonexclusive on the job survival manual, mindset enhancer, and stress reliever for both employers and employees. This book will change your life both personally and professionally.

“Don’t ever allow anyone to attack your self-esteem, kill your passion, or tell you that someone else is more worthy than you” (Excerpt ~B.L. Brown).

“You are the only one who defines you, so don’t ever allow anyone to tell you who you are, or that you are not good enough” (Excerpt ~B.L. Brown).

B.L. Brown is the CEO and Founder of Halo-Orangees', international online job board (halo-orangeesjobs.com). Halo-Orangees’ international job board delivers candidates on time and under budget. Employers can post jobs and search resume database. Jobseekers can post resumes and search jobs for free. The genesis of Halo-Orangees Brand: Helping Advocate Longevity of Organizations by Obtaining Objectives through Redefining Above-Board New Generational Guidelines for Employer Employee Standards was inspired, developed, and birthed from her reaction to an unethical manager with whom she had the pleasure of working for and whose style of supervision made her stronger.

In a one-on-one meeting with this executive director, he made the statement that another employee, who held the same title as B.L. Brown, was better than she was. In response, B.L. Brown informed him that this employee was not better than her nor was she better than the employee. From that one statement, she instantly realized her true purpose in life. "Best negative words spoken into my life thus far" (Excerpt~ B.L. Brown). Reckoning her experience with a newfound belief, the foundation of Halo-Orangees emerged.

In 2012 Author B.L. Brown launched Halo-Orangees/h-connect brand, international online dating website h-connect.net. The h-connect.net brand is empowering, motivating singles to find their best friend in love.

Sara/ DONT USE THIS, IT DOES NOT WORK:

It is apparent you posted both of these comments (DONT USE THIS, IT DOES NOT WORK link (This is a It does not take a rocket scientist to comprehend Virtual Book Tour Café is a professional functioning business/website. The comments component of Virtual Book Tour Café professional functioning website was designed for professional dialogue favorable and/or unfavorable. All written dialogue favorable and/or unfavorable should contain valuable evidence that each individual person providing feedback has actually read the book in which they are posting an opinion crock of Bullshit)- (Dont waste your time with this cheesy crap of a book, and dating website).

For, example Author B.L. Brown Halo-Orangees employer-employee “one accord” One Mind, One Body, One Team is well-written, constructed, and easy to follow. The real-life characters in this book are so jaw dropping, entertaining, informative, and straightforward full of the real issues happening organizations international. Halo-Orangees employer-employee “one accord” One Mind, One Body, One Team book is like no other. Author B. L. Brown has created her own style. I love the character of unethical Melvin Booker the negative words he spoke to Author B.L. Brown with the intension of disabling her growth, however it positively changed her life. She has launched her own brands Halo-Orangees’ job board, h-connect.net dating site, written and published Halo-Orangees’ employer-employee “one accord” One Mind, One Body, One Team Volume I book. “Don’t ever allow anyone to attack your self-esteem, kill your passion, or tell you that someone else is more worthy than you,” says” (Excerpt ~B.L. Brown). “Tomorrow is the beginning of a fresh start with a new perspective, meaning, “Don’t allow the attitude and actions of yesterday to dictate your tomorrow” (Excerpt ~B.L. Brown). Sara/ DONT USE THIS, IT DOES NOT WORK: the excerpts above are demonstration that you coming to this site attempting to be a copycat hater by reenacting unethical Melvin Booker from Halo-Orangees book were a waste of your time.

Sara/DONT USE THIS, IT DOES NOT WORK: The content highlighted in yellow below is some of my favorite content from Halo-Orangees’ employer-employee “one accord” One Mind, One Body, One Team book. There are so many chapters in this book that I personally love. I simply wanted to share this portion of Halo-Orangees book with you in hopes that it will lift your unhappy spirit.

When any potential customer, regardless of ethnicity, race, economic status, or employment, enters one of Wal-Mart’s locations, they must be properly clothed. This rule applies to all. The pleasant and respectful Wal-Mart employees (greeters) at the door do not possess a list entitled “the better individual.” They only determine that one is properly clothed, according to Wal-Mart’s standards, in order to enter the store. Neither job title, rate of pay, brand of clothing, nor assumed intellectual capacity are used to rank one person over another or to determine which person is more valuable. For example, a 100,000-dollar-a-year manager and a 20,000 dollar-a-year employee have the same human food consumption rate. This means if the higher paid manager fails to consume water and food for twenty days, it will have the same effect on that manager as it would have on the lesser paid employee. When management eats steak and the employee bologna, or vice versa, logic dictates that it should not and cannot be inferred that the steak-eating person is a better person than the bologna-eating individual.

Sara/ DONT USE THIS, IT DOES NOT WORK- You stated “This is a crock of Bullshit”- “Dont waste your time with this cheesy crap of a book, and dating website”.

1. What chapters in Halo-Orangees employer-employee “one accord” One Mind, One Body, One Team book aided your unfavorable conclusion -“This is a crock of Bullshit” that “Dont waste your time with this cheesy crap of a book and dating website”?
2. If you really read this book, why didn’t you expand on your review list content from the book to validate your personal view? A more precise opinion would help other individual potential buyers.
3. What chapters did you read?
4. What do you think of chapter 5 and 11?
5. What did you think of the characters in the book? I love the characters in Halo-Orangees employer-employee “one accord” One Mind, One Body, One Team!
6. What chapters in the book were the primary factors in you coming to Virtual Book Tour Café professional functioning website and posting your incomplete sentences including “this cheesy crap of a book”?

You really grabbed my attention when you included the dating website as “cheesy and crap”. I actually wen

I commend every Author on this website for achieving the goal of writing and publishing a book. This is a huge life accomplishment. Life should be about achievement not evil intent against others. Sara it can be surmised that you are one of the characters in this book. Your actions fit several of the real-life, unethical persons in the chapters. This is why I highly doubt you have actual read Halo-Orangees employer-employee “one accord” One Mind, One Body, One Team book, because you are a demonstration of one the core messages in the book unethical acts against others. Further adding it can be concluded that you are a very unhappy person.

P.S. You should post your real name if you really stand behind your opinion of this Halo-Orangees employer-employee “one accord” One Mind, One Body, One Team book. Lastly, certainly not least I have emailed all of my family friends as well as facebook friends asking them to support this Author by purchasing a book as well as membership package on dating website.

This book is very inspirational and motivational! I found that this book completely changed my outlook on life in the most postive way. In Chapter 5 of the book, the "Meditation Moments" titled "Tomorrow is Not Yesterday" made a huge impact on my life. It increased my confidence and faith in myself and made me realize that my future is promising as long as I stay true to what I believe in and keep pushing on through any obstacles that may be thrown my way (Psalms 30:5 weeping may endure for the night but joy comes in the morning). This book appeals to the masses and is a helpful tool to the reader whether it be on the job or in their everyday personal life. This was definitely the best book I read in 2011. It is a must read, trust me you will not be disappointed!

Shout out to all of the messy women I work with purchase Halo-Orangees book because each of you need a mindset make over! This book talks about gossip, backstabbing, co-worker with low esteem and lack of job performance. This book will change your mindset. It has allowed me to exercise the Halo-Orangees Push Back Movement laid out in this book. Halo-Orangees’ “Push Back Movement” Book Excerpt-When you find yourself in heated workforce situations, stop, “push back” and remove yourself from the situation; regroup and revisit when all persons involved can be tolerated and, most important, be fully respectful of one another. Halo-Orangees’ “push back movement” regroup timeline has a twenty-four to forty-eight hour turnaround to address and professionally resolve issues. The “push back movement” is also helpful in refraining from workplace negativity”. A coworker who loves to spread gossip and rumors loves to incite discord. They seek to become involved in other coworkers’ personal and professional lives. However, when it is time to perform the tasks they were hired to perform, they fail miserably. If you have the pleasure of encountering coworkers with this mindset, implement Halo- Orangees’ “push back movement” and refrain from negativity at all times- Book form Excerpt-Halo-Orangees’ employer-employee “one accord” Volume I One Mind, One Body, One Team. This is the best book investment I have made ever. I keep this book on my desk at work at all times just in case I have to reference in times of workplace trouble. Positive on the job guide to a stress free work environment with an emphasis on a balanced mindset!
